These are the terms for planetmesa.com, the PlanetMesa brand and marketing website. The terms that govern playing PlanetMesa — accounts, tables, conduct, purchases and everything else that happens in the application — are published in the game and are the ones that apply there.

Using this website
This site is informational. You may read it, link to it and share it. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, misrepresent it as your own, or use the PlanetMesa name, logo or artwork to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
What is on it
We try hard to describe only features that exist, and to mark everything else clearly as coming. Even so, this is a marketing site: descriptions here are not commitments, availability can change, and anything labelled “coming soon” carries no date and no promise that it will ship.
Prices
Where a price appears on this site it is indicative. The price that applies to a purchase is the one shown in the game at the moment of purchase.

Intellectual property
The PlanetMesa name, logo, mascot, artwork, environments, copy and design on this site belong to PlanetMesa. Nothing here grants a licence to use them.
